UltraCEM
The UltraCEM system is a five (5) channel Field Mount Continuous Emissions Monitoring System that uses proven extractive monitoring technology, is coupled with state of the art measurement detectors and utilizes a semiconductor industry standard PC-104 electronics platform for maximum measurement, communications and processing capabilities.
Designed for process type applications (O2, CO, CO2, NOx, SO2), the monitoring system uses proven sample handling techniques for reliable gas monitoring to assure accurate readings. The system also provides proven technology for monitoring by using time proven detector technologies, which can measure from low ppm levels to percent levels. These detectors are coupled with state of the art PC-104 electronics for maximum measurement communications and processing capabilities.

On-site emergency services available on contract or as-needed basis.Our software automatically monitors your system daily via dial-up modem or over a high-speed internet (internet connection service not provided) and remotely monitors the health of your CEM. All parameters such as system voltages, flows, pressures, temperatures and calibration drift alarms are monitored for "out of tolerance" conditions. Any anomalous condition will automatically trigger an email alert sent directly to your inbox outlining the problem and what corrective action should be taken to resolve the issue. In addition, our software will also monitor your daily emission and calibration data, looking for trends that may indicated an impending problem or excess emission alarm. This service offer a second set of eyes watching your system to keep you out of trouble with the EPA or you governing regulatory agency.
